SERVICES CPGS’s Statistical Consultation provides assistance to post-graduate students and researchers at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) in respect of quantitative research.
The specific services entail:
Provision of assistance with regard to
oSurvey and experimental design and methodology
oQuestionnaire design
oSampling design and sample size determination
oStatistical analysis of research data
oInterpretation of statistical results
Statistical analyses of quantitative data to meet the objectives of the research Project
Provision of graphical displays to enhance the interpretation of research results.
Regular workshops in quantitative research practise
Provision of training in the use of statistical software
